Maxwell Monuum had served as the VP of  Millennia from the establishment of the country, until his resignation in 2020. After his return by the end of 2022, he proposed new plans for the revival of development in Millennia, which has been in its downfall since 2021. On Jul 1, Monuum succeeded Terry Sze as the new President of Millennia.

On Presidnt Monuum's first day in office, he published the first Presidental Press Release of the country.  He announced the new national flag and emblem for Millennia, as well as the twelve district names of Kinyuen area, one of the two major areas of NMC, the other one being Millenton. Other official updates include Kinyuen Central road names and new diplomatic relationships established.
